Black-spot Removal - cleaning areas that are too delicate to pressure wash. Soft washing is utilized in conjunction with pressure washing to improve results and remove stubborn fungi and organic growth. If you have ever attempted to pressure wash your outside space you may have run into the infamous black spot.. This fungus is extremely stubborn and can only be removed with the correct chemicals.

Render Cleaning - Render is a very porous surface making it the perfect breeding ground for various types of algae. Red, Black and Green algae blooms are commonly seen as "streaks" on the surface. Soft washing with the correct licensed chemicals is an effective method to clean and kill off these unsightly marks without risking the use of high pressure, potentially damaging the delicate render.
